Rotary Club of Hillcrest-Sunrise Community Service Award

The Rotary Club of Hillcrest-Sunrise will annually award $1,000 to an individual in the Hillcrest Area who has made outstanding humanitarian contributions to our community. This award is open to all non-Rotarian Hillcrest residents of any age. Individuals may not nominate themselves. To nominate an individual, please complete the following application and mail or email it to the contact below. All nomination must be received by August 1, 2015 for consideration. Winner will be announced at the 2015 Taste of Hillcrest on October 1, 2015.
